Acceptance

By downloading or using SpinBuddy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Intended use

SpinBuddy is a casual decision-wheel application for entertainment and ordinary, low-risk choices. Its randomized results are suggestions only. Do not use SpinBuddy for medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety-critical or other high-risk decisions. You remain responsible for every decision and action you take.

Accounts and local data

No SpinBuddy account is required. Custom wheels, favorites, settings, recent results, streak information, daily picks and the local Remove Ads entitlement are stored on the device. Clearing application storage or uninstalling SpinBuddy may remove this information.

Advertising and purchases

The free version may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob. SpinBuddy offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and transaction terms are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Store refund rules apply. Purchase restoration depends on the store account and platform services.

User content and sharing

You are responsible for the text you add to custom wheels and for content you choose to share. Do not create or share unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful content. Sharing is initiated only when you select a sharing action, and the receiving service applies its own terms.

Availability

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and third-party advertising, billing and sharing services may be unavailable independently of SpinBuddy.

Intellectual property

SpinBuddy, its branding, interface, artwork and original content belong to Tennex Digital or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, modification, resale or distribution.

Disclaimer and limitation

SpinBuddy is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Tennex Digital is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on randomized results, misuse of the app, loss of locally stored data or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
