When reporting a problem, include:

• Your device model
• Android or iOS version
• SpinBuddy version
• The steps that caused the problem
• A screenshot, if it does not contain private information

Never send passwords, payment-card information, store credentials or other secrets.

Restore Remove Ads

Open SpinBuddy Settings and select Restore Purchase while signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account used for the original purchase.

Advertising privacy choices

Open SpinBuddy Settings and select Advertising Privacy Choices. Availability depends on region, consent status and the advertising provider.

Delete locally stored information

SpinBuddy does not require an account. To remove its locally stored wheels, favorites, history, preferences, streaks and daily picks, clear SpinBuddy's application storage in device settings or uninstall the app. Store transaction records are managed by Google Play or Apple under their policies.

Share a result

Use the Share action after a completed spin. The device's share sheet controls which compatible applications receive the image or text.

Safety

SpinBuddy is intended only for entertainment and ordinary, low-risk decisions. Do not use randomized results for medical, legal, financial, emergency or safety-critical choices.
