ConstructionMate Privacy Policy

1. Operator identity and contact

ConstructionMate is operated and published by Tennex Digital SMC-PVT LTD.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the ConstructionMate Android application. ConstructionMate provides construction quantity calculations, material estimates, pricing, quotations, PDF exports and project-progress tracking. No ConstructionMate account or login is required.

This app policy is separate from the Tennex Digital website's own privacy and analytics practices. Information about the website is available in the Tennex Digital website Privacy Policy.

3. Local project information

Projects, dimensions, material quantities, rates, taxes, progress records, customer details, business details, logos, quotation history and unfinished drafts are stored and processed on your device.

ConstructionMate does not currently operate a custom developer-controlled cloud backend and does not automatically synchronize project records. Construction records are not sent to the app's advertising or billing integrations.

4. Advertising, SDK data use and consent

The free version of ConstructionMate integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. A small banner placement may appear on the Home screen. Advertisements are not printed in exported PDFs, and rewarded advertising is not required to use the app's current calculation, project or PDF features.

According to Google's current Mobile Ads SDK disclosures, the SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location; app and advertisement interactions; diagnostic information; and device or account identifiers. Google describes these uses as advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes.

Google's User Messaging Platform manages consent requirements where applicable. When required by that platform, ConstructionMate provides an Ad privacy choices entry in Settings so that available choices can be revisited. The choices presented depend on region, Google's platform configuration and applicable requirements.

ConstructionMate does not intentionally integrate Firebase Analytics, developer-operated behavioral analytics or advertising networks other than Google AdMob.

5. Google Play purchases

ConstructionMate offers a non-consumable, one-time Remove ads purchase through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription, and the app's current calculation, project and PDF features are not restricted behind this purchase.

Google Play processes payment and billing information. ConstructionMate does not receive payment-card details. The app stores a signed purchase receipt or token locally to verify and remember the ad-removal entitlement. Restoring a purchase uses Google Play and requires the same eligible Google Play account. Verified ad removal can continue offline, while a fresh installation requires an online restore.

Purchasing Remove ads stops advertising within ConstructionMate after verification; it does not delete historical information that Google may retain under its applicable policies.

6. User-directed exports, imports and sharing

You may export PDF documents and backup files, import backups and logos, and share documents using Android's file picker and sharing tools. These actions occur only when you initiate them.

You control the destination selected through Android. Selected storage or sharing providers may include third-party cloud services, messaging applications or other providers. Copies handled by those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Storage, retention and deletion

Project and preference information remains in the app's local storage until you delete it, clear ConstructionMate's application storage or uninstall the app. Clearing application storage or uninstalling normally removes information held within the app's storage on that device.

Exported documents, shared copies and backups stored outside ConstructionMate's app storage are not automatically deleted when a project is deleted or the app is uninstalled. You must manage those copies through the service or location where you placed them.

Google's advertising and payment records are handled according to Google's applicable retention policies. Tennex Digital cannot remotely erase project information stored only on your device.

8. Security

ConstructionMate uses Android platform storage and Google Play services for the functions described in this policy. We take reasonable measures when designing and maintaining the app, but no device, software or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device, backups and exported documents using appropriate access controls.

9. Privacy choices and inquiries

You can manage local information by editing or deleting projects, clearing app storage or uninstalling ConstructionMate. You can manage exported files and backups in the locations where you saved them. Where Google's User Messaging Platform makes privacy choices available, use Ad privacy choices in ConstructionMate Settings.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide privacy rights concerning information handled by service providers. For questions about ConstructionMate's practices, contact support.constructionmate@tennexdigital.com. Because project records are stored locally and no ConstructionMate account exists, Tennex Digital may not possess or be able to identify those device-stored records.

10. Intended audience

ConstructionMate is intended for users aged 18 and older, including adult engineering students, construction workers, construction supervisors, small construction companies, contractors and homeowners. Users under 18 should not use ConstructionMate.

11. Third-party services and international processing

ConstructionMate uses Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform and Google Play Billing. When these services process information, their processing may occur in countries other than your own under Google's policies and applicable safeguards. User-selected storage and sharing providers may also process information in other countries under their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy and contact details

Tennex Digital SMC-PVT LTD may update this policy when ConstructionMate's functionality, service providers or applicable requirements change. The revised page will show an updated date.
